The Spirit of God Moved And Will Continue Moving

TOPIC: “The Spirit of God Moved And Will Continue Moving” Genesis 1:2 We know and acknowledge that there was a beginning. "In the beginning" refers to a period of time in the antiquity very distant and unknown, a time hidden in the depths of eternal ages. All things had its beginnings in that time. Nothing was done by any external agent, but rather the whole universe was produced only by the creative power of God (Acts 17:24) who created the world and everything in it. The earth was in disorder and empty and could not remain this way, it had to be protected and guided to what it would become. The earth was in confusion, emptiness. Then the Spirit of God moved, and continued to cover the earth, acting upon the dead and discordant elements. Everything was combined, fixed and prepared to be adapted to become the scene of a new creation. Today, the Holy Spirit does the same with you and me. Therefore, be docile and allow the Spirit to move in the disorders of your life so that the scene of the will of God will occur in your life. You will be able to enjoy the changes of your life when you allow the Holy Spirit to move to bring order and perfection in your life. Successively, you will see the favorable changes that your life will encounter when you respond favorably to the Spirit to do powerfully in you. Genesis 41:38 A nation had to be organized, Egypt. And at the same time there were promises for Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Therefore, there had to be an order for the fulfillment of those promises and for that God chose Joseph. Joseph was the one; he was a man as written in the scriptures: "... in who is the Spirit of God." Pharaoh understood that Joseph was the chosen by means of the acknowledgment of the existence and power of the true God, although with a fuzzy notion of these things. Pharaoh spoke by hearsay, but Joseph indeed knew who God was. So Pharaoh understood that the Spirit of God was upon Joseph, and that he would be the best to care for and organize the country. On his part, God assured them thru Joseph the future well-being of Joseph’s small family who would soon arrive at Egypt. Because from that family a nation would raise named Israel, the nation promised to Abraham by God. A chosen man, that was Joseph, to be moved for what God wanted. Exodus 31:1-3 God calls another man, Bezalel, from the tribe of Judah. Jehovah spoke to Moses saying, "Look, I have called Bezalel..." Although the instructions regarding the construction and the details of the tabernacle were particularly communicated to Moses, it was clearly impossible for him to look out after the work because of the multiplicity of his other duties. A director, chief of construction, was elected by God himself and filled with the Spirit to order everything concerning the tabernacle just as God wanted it to be built. This is the important issue; the Spirit carries out things without being mistaken just as God wants. The only one who can do this is the Spirit. With such high authority imposed on Bezalel, God removed all cause for jealousy or discontent on behalf of any Israelite who believed to be more skillful in construction. There had to be a place built for God and God would provide the right man preparing and anointing him thru the Spirit. We can also see in Matthew 3:16 that the Spirit of God descended like a dove upon Jesus to guide Him, to take control and work in what would be the organization of His ministry on earth. Thus, thru the Spirit, Jesus did everything He had to here among men. Jesus lived 30 years of His private life in Nazareth; during that time He matured gradually for His public deeds and patiently awaited the time appointed by the Father to manifest Himself. The Father is the one who sends the Spirit to move us at the time appointed by Him. Jesus arrived from Galilee to the Jordan River to be baptized by John the Baptist, and then be filled with the Spirit to be moved to do what God had chosen for Him. From that moment on Jesus would bring healing, freedom to the diabolical, He speak the truth, establish the Kingdom, lift the Church, the leaders and then would be delivered to His redemptive death.

The Spirit arrived to move in men here on earth, in you and in me (Acts 2:2-4). The Holy Spirit came to take place and order what is disordered. The Bible says that the Spirit filled the whole house, they must have been petrified, amazed at what they were seeing and what was happening among them. This is how they remained, that was the complete preparation of those first Christians to receive the heavenly gift. It was like the sound of a strong wind, it was a roar similar to hurricane winds. In order to form the Church in those days they needed the fullness of the Spirit. What for? So that the Holy Spirit itself would organize each step they would have to take. This is God’s plan so that the Spirit can also move now upon the earth, in the men who believe in Christ to guide them to do what God wants, as in each one of us. The Spirit is given to us so that there will no longer be disorder in any of us, and know what to do, because the Spirit wants to order and guide you. Amen.
