All deeds are directed by the Holy Spirit

BIBLE STUDY #604 (BEFORE 552/317-REPEATED) AUGUST 11-17, 2009 - CHURCH IN THE HOUSES

TOPIC: “All deeds are directed by the Holy Spirit” Ezekiel 37:9 We can be in church and not be filled with the Holy Spirit. We can say that we are saved, but not live a life led by the Holy Spirit. Our problems and difficulties are not resolved with counseling, or with support from anyone, but in prayer thru the Holy Spirit. Sometimes we wish to have talents, ministries, and that is fine, but to have the move of the Holy Spirit there should not be any other motive in us of pride and greatness. Today we seek the Holy Spirit because we need to be sanctified, to be guided. Each day we should depend on the Holy Spirit to lead our lives and direct every move we make. To live in the Spirit brings as a consequence to stumble with many people, because to live in the flesh is a rule for them and there are things of the Spirit that they dislike. We can talk about all the wonders the Holy Spirit has been doing each day. We can speak of the deed He is performing upon this world. We can see that it is a perfect deed. The Holy Spirit works in the north, south, east and west in this world. He has not left the earth because if He did it would be destroyed. No one can defend the nations but the Holy Spirit; otherwise, they would have destroyed one another. Then, if it was up to mankind, the earth would have been destroyed a long time ago. Glory to God for the power and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. He cares for his own and has dominion and control of all creation. Each day we can see how lives are changed. It is the Holy Spirit who works from north to south and from the east to the west. The Father makes the plans and the Holy Spirit executes it. The power of the Holy Spirit is so strong that in many occasions there are persons that cannot resist it; it is the powerful move of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We have seen many lives transformed by the Holy Spirit. He does whatever is necessary to do. When the Holy Spirit is working in our lives we can see quick solutions, we can see that we don’t have to go crazy. And what shouldn’t be, isn’t. Let us not destroy our heart, because the Holy Spirit is in charge. Then, why try to force things? When the Holy Spirit is ready to work, it will never let us do anything. All we have to do is walk after the Holy Spirit because He will do before we get there. So, whatever makes us desperate or worried, let us rest in God. The world lives under desperation; we don’t have to live this way. Glory to God! The Holy Spirit is not only to speak in tongues; blessed be those who can speak tongues, dance, etc. He does much more. And if we love God’s work, then we will love what the Father has prepared and organized. Beloved, we have to love God’s deeds with all our strength. What interrupts our love towards God’s work is when we walk away, and the Holy Spirit no longer puts in us the desire to do. In order to do God’s work, one has to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Not only for the anointing and to pray for the sick, but because there is a great job in God’s work that is very sacred. It is everything that the Holy Spirit is doing upon the earth. It is the Holy Spirit who reveals the work to be done on the earth so that we can put all our effort into it. The Father decided and sent the Holy Spirit to move upon this earth. The earth is taken care of by the Holy Spirit and also takes care of the universe so that everything will remain in its place. Satan cannot touch anything because the Holy Spirit takes care of the north, south, east and west. To care for the earth, men and women are also needed. Are you one of them? God has made a plan, His will for each one of us and for the church. How many understand that God has called them? He seeks men and women who will glorify Him. When Ezekiel pronounced the words in Chapter 37:9, it was because that nation was defeated since Nebuchadnezzar with his army took them captive. They were deceived and enslaved, whipped and beaten. Israel had it all and God wanted them to remain as his nation for Him, but they retreated from doing what was right, from God, and that is why they became a valley of dry bones. It is horrible to leave God. For that reason bad days started for them. Never abandon God, for no one or anything.

In Genesis 3:17 we can see that the earth was under a curse because of sin. The only one who can redeem the earth is the Holy Spirit. He is the only one who can give life and stop the curse. We convince the Father in prayer to deliver us. If there is a nation who is willing to humble and cry out, the Holy Spirit will control our enemies. Who else controls the earth if not the Holy Spirit? God wants to fill us with his Spirit and wants us to know how to live in Him. The Holy Spirit blows upon those who seek Him and allows us to see that there is life and is willing to work upon the earth and do well. Let us love the earth where the Holy Spirit works. When we are filled with the Holy Spirit everything surrounding us prospers. We have to be instruments of the Holy Spirit and this way it will guide us through our true path. Let us not get confused. We are not administrators of the Holy Spirit but it is the Holy Spirit who administers us as the children of the Kingdom and as the church. He guides us and takes us where He wants. He blows from the four corners of the earth, and has everything under control. He is not limited; nothing can be hidden from Him. He sees everything and knows our heart. When blowing from the four winds he starts working in me for whatever I have been sent to do in this world. That is why God seeks men and women to be guided by the Holy Spirit in this world. God calls those men and women because actually there are many “dry bones”, as there were in Israel in those times of the Prophet Ezekiel, men who were spiritually cold and defeated. Therefore, we have to live in accordance with the work of the Holy Spirit. The earth is suffering and if nothing moves your heart, be careful. That means that you can also be dead spiritually. We must deliver other men and women who surround us by preaching and teaching about the Lord. We are here so that the Holy Spirit may blow breath of life upon them. We are not here to send others to Hell, but for the Holy Spirit to guide us and in this way deliver the men on this earth. AMEN.
