I Will Open My Eyes And See When The Depths Of The Devil Comes To Deceive Me

TOPIC: “I Will Open My Eyes And See When The Depths Of The Devil Comes To Deceive Me” Revelation 2:24 Absalom had touched the depths of Satan. Being the prince he had everything to gain, but he wanted to get to know the depths of Satan. Satan’s depth is to believe that everything is good, but what follows is death, destruction. Absalom made a great plan, not according to a meek man, but knowing the depths of Satan. He planned a plot according to Satan’s depth. He prepared and organized a malicious plan against his father. He conquered his father's friends and planned for four years how to remove his father from the throne, but what David had was given to him by God and only God can give and take away. We are measured according to how we have been given. In fact, everything we have received has been given to us by grace, everything for free. Absalom began to sympathize with the town each day to win people and turn them against his father. His work was according to the depths of Satan, because it is of Satan to be unfaithful, to betray, etc. David didn't discover the depths of Satan and by not knowing he couldn't imagine what his son had planned against him. We should know when the depths of Satan come to destroy. Absalom didn't go alone to make vote to Hebron, the city where David arose as king, but rather he took a big crowd from the town to be there with him. Absalom was seeking for greatness. Greatness pleases so much! The depths of Satan always come to destroy. Sometimes, we live far from knowing the plots that come from the devil’s depth. The son of David had planned to destroy and kill him. The devil comes to kill and to destroy and he doesn't care how long it will take him to accomplish it. When the devil's depths arrive it is necessary to run, cry out to God and weep. We should become acquainted with Satan’s stratagem. The devil is very cruel and he cannot be treated lightly. David, far from knowing his son’s intention, fell in the trap. Let us know and struggle because the devil comes to destroy our lives. Exodus 32:25 Aaron was another similar case. He was distracted in the weakness of his character and this drove the town to sin. When we are weak we cannot distinguish the depths of Satan. Aaron’s weakness didn't allow him to open his eyes to see that the people were going to build an idol in the form of a calf. When we are weak our eyes are covered and we’re not able to see the depths of Satan, but when we already know, we get ready for the battle. Being so fragile in everything, we can be deceived for not knowing how to distinguish when the enemy comes with the devil's depths. Ignoring how the depths of Satan operate, the weakness of Aaron allowed the people to overflow in idolatry. It is not good for anyone to have a weak character. Those who are weak cannot be in any camp. When the depth of Satan becomes apparent and takes place, a total licentiousness will come. We must stop living in a state of fatigue and in continuous wander. When the devil's depths become apparent we can see everywhere all kinds of lasciviousness that destroys all bond with God.

Loyalty is destroyed. Jehovah had given everything to his people. When there is sin, the town is exposed to shame before their enemies. Our weakness is our shame before our enemies. The people had lost the integrity of their heart and that happens when one enters the devil's depths. When the depths of the devils are discovered it is not right to hide or make excuses, because if we do we will not prosper. Excuses are made when one doesn't recognize the evilness. No excuses, because those who know God have to take the position of not hiding and not excusing the diabolical depths. Aaron being Moses' brother and the supreme priest was ignorant of the evilness that was about to occur and for that reason he lead the people to be defeated. A defeated person doesn’t get anywhere but rather lives in regret all his life. Weakness is a cause of fear. Fear allows the devil to come in. Those who see the depth of the devil struggle, otherwise there will be punishment. We are dressed with the armor of God to conquer. We do not ignore the devil's depths, for this reason we struggle against it. Let us battle, we must not fear and much less be weak. There are doctrines that come from the depths of Satan. God examines and weighs our mind and our heart. These depths will be our shame later. As the church we must struggle. The depths of Satan can bring so much destruction! 1 Corinthians 2:10 The Holy Spirit lets us know the depths of God, then, there is no reason to be weak. We need to take a position; we have to open our eyes and see when the devil's depths are coming to deceive us. Our victory is the depths of God, but we have to continue to expose the devil's depths. The devil wants to take us from here to there to defeat us. A camp is to battle, it is not for shame but for victory. The devil's depths come with great wickedness; there is no compassion in him. The world cannot be in the church. There is great pain when the devil’s depth is present, because those who are contaminated are tossed in bed to suffer. Those who remain faithful, those who know how to discern between right and wrong, know that they are in God’s depth and they will be blessed by the Father. We must recognize the depths of Satan, but not to live it. Those who have been careful will not be punished and will not be imposed with another burden but to retain the truth until the end. We must struggle so that no one can take away the truth that we have known. If we are deceived our loved ones will also be deceived. If we don't participate of the devil's depths, we will reign with Christ in the millennium. The reward is for those who will persevere until the end. Christ will give us authority upon the nations. The righteous will reign with Christ. Those who overcome temptation will have authority upon the nations. Amen.
