Jesus will come, and will defeat His enemies, the False Prophet and the Antichrist

TOPIC: “Jesus will come, and will defeat His enemies, the False Prophet and the Antichrist” Revelation 19:11-21 The Antichrist cannot be manifested on the Earth because the Holy Spirit is still here. But, when the church is lifted to leave with the Lord for the Wedding of the Lamb (Revelation 19: 9), the Antichrist will be able to manifest. Then, there will be a battle in which the Lord will defeat the Antichrist and the False Prophet who is his evil partner in the future time of the Great Tribulation. The power of the Word of God is what helps us to conquer against the devil’s plot. Revelation 19:21 & 12:11 The Lord will come, and will defeat His enemies and He will arrest the False Prophet and the Antichrist and He will throw them alive into the Lake of Fire and Sulfur. The power of the False Prophet will end after Satan’s support, has been taken away. We must be careful with pride, for it is easy for Satan to control those who are arrogant. In Jesus' first coming nobody will see Him and the church will be lifted. We are in the times of the gentiles. Luke 21:24 but, this privileged time will end when the church is lifted. Those who provoked the final rebellion, the Antichrist and the False Prophet will go to the Hell. In the ancient times it was a custom for the general to ride on a white horse after a victory and that’s how it will be when the Lord comes. Revelation 19: 11 in this war the righteous judgment of God will be seen. In this war no territory will be conquered, because the Earth belongs to the Lord. This war will not be because of ambition or covet as other wars in this world. Jesus will come with His saints and His angels (Verse 14) to establish His Kingdom, because many offensive things must be removed from the Earth according to His Kingdom. This is why our Lord Jesus who is the warrior will have the name Faithful and True. There has to be a clean nation to reign according to God’s justice. During those thousand years that Jesus will come to reign on Earth, time well-known as the Millennium, there will be no sin, because the devil won't be here. We know that Jesus is faithful to His promises and is real for all eternity. His character is not unstable, but firm and secure, with Justice He will judge and fight. He can only govern a nation which is willing to live under justice. Jesus is coming to triumph over those who are blasphemous who have usurped the control of this world. Satan’s pride will govern the Earth. For this reason, the Antichrist will never give glory to others, because he will never share his glory with others. But, the Lord will judge him and also The Great Harlot (the apostate and false church). Jesus will come with eyes of fire (Vs. 12) that pierce the secrets of the heart of men on Earth. He will have the power to consume with His eyes. He will be able to penetrate with all wisdom and He will be able to detect all rebellion and incredulity. He will see where the False Prophet is. The Antichrist will be surrounded by the best warriors, but Jesus eyes of fire will also reach him and judge him. During a lifetime the Earth has been governed by the envy, the zeal, etc. But, this will be until the moment that the Lord will put an end to those who are evil. Jesus has on His head many crowns (Vs. 12) for the many battles that He has conquered, for His many victories and His total, universal sovereignty, His conquests and domain. He has a name written that nobody knows and that is another mystery. It is a name that nobody can pronounce. There are so many mysteries in Christ's person that no one will ever be able to know. We know that He forgave us, He washed us with His powerful blood which was spilled over our lives, but the mysteries of His person nobody can understand them. His clothes must be stained with the blood of his enemies. (vs. 13) He will celebrate with us (the

church) for seven years in the wedding of the Lamb. Then, we will come with Him to govern the Earth (vs. 14) His name is the Verb of God, the Word of God. He is not an archangel, or any other created celestial being, but our Lord Jesus. He who’s name is the Verb of God. In Christ, God has expressed Himself to man completely. Christ will come with the celestial armies, with the saints whose captain is our Lord Jesus. We will come with Him to reign; we will be able to see the total destruction of those who are evil, a scene which won't be pretty but very strong to our eyes. From His mouth comes a sharp sword. With His words all the enemies of justice will be confused and destroyed. The Word of God that was left to us will condemn the world. This is the reason why we must receive His Word to not be condemned. It brings us blessing or condemnation. With a rod of iron He will rule. (Vs. 15) He will execute the cruelest judgment against the adversary. The sword symbolizes the irresistible power of God. He will govern the earth with an iron scepter and not of mercy to clean what is necessary. And He will trample out the wine in the wine press of the furious anger of the Almighty God. Then, it will be late. It will not be the moment to expect mercy, because all the infidels will meet to come against the Lord. This horseman in His robe and on His thigh has a name written that says King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (Vs. 16) In the day of His anger He will establish His Kingdom so that we will live in this Earth. Sanctity shines on His robe and in His thigh there is strength. Why complain and abandon God if in His thigh there is power and on His clothes there is sanctity? We will have a great supper with God. There will be an angel standing in the Sun. It is the destruction of the remaining enemies of God, after the establishment of His Kingdom. The vultures will be called to be fed of those destroyed by Jesus. (Vs. 17, 18) The angel will surely know what is happening in that hour. Then, why shouldn’t we be sure of Him. It will be the universal destruction in a desperate intent to stop Jesus from taking the reins of his Kingdom. This earth will disappear and there will be a new heaven and a new earth. Revelation 21: 1 The beast will join the armies of the world to fight against Jesus, but they will be thrown alive in the lake of fire and sulfur. The others who will die with the sword from the mouth of the Lord will be eaten by the vultures. What a terrible picture! We must escape from those judgments that will come upon the Earth. Let us be faithful to Christ Jesus who has bought us with His precious blood to forgive us and give us eternal life. Now, we have the best, the most valuable. We must take care of what we have; we must not let anyone take away our valuable crown. Amen.
