Love is the most important thing

TOPIC: “Love is the most important thing” Romans 15:1-6 When we begin to have problems it is because we have stopped loving. When everything bothers us, and we start to get defensive it is because we have stopped loving. When we stop doing things it is because we have stopped loving, our life becomes a disaster and we can no longer laugh. The more we love, the more others will love us. This is why we live in justice. Nowadays what motivates human beings to speak is the vainglory, to say what we do. We have our own goals and want others to be amazed. The power of our word sometimes convinces more than what the eyes can see. When one speaks there are many reasons and things that motivate us to speak. What should always motivate us to speak is love. Sometimes what motivates us to speak is quarrels, jealousy, etc. When we neglect ourselves to love big problems will begin. We must be happy with what we have, not with what belongs to others. When we learn how to love what God has given us then we will love what belongs to others. God has wanted to provide to all of us, for such reason He has placed us so that we can enjoy. God created us so that we can enjoy each other. Sometimes what stands out is what we pretend, what comes out of our mouth to enter a competition. Our conversation must always be to uplift one another. We all have been born in Christ to do well to each other. It is never pleasant to see some one not doing well. Then we must try to do well to others because we have been born in Christ to do so. Whatever He does in our lives, He does so that we will love each other. This was not in our thoughts before, but when we came to Jesus we began to love one another. What can motivate us the most is love. We are in this world to serve others. We have been born to serve each other, for this reason we must love. There is where we show what is in us. We are saved, we have reached salvation, but we can’t walk thru this life only for that; although we must watch over it zealously, we have arrived to this world for something. Those who are chosen by God to do something the least they want is to have problems, but we were born and we live for this. This call has been by the grace and not by our merits, or qualities, or because of how great we are or how well prepared, but because God wants to prepare us by means of the Holy Spirit. The Father doesn't want anything of this world in us but to fill us with love, but we have to be willing and this way the Father will continue working in our lives. The Father wants us to understand that we have been called by His grace to do well to our family in Christ. Because we have decided to love and walk as righteous refusing to live a sinful life, which separates us from Christ and would not allow us to love this way. Those who are strong begin to walk with their strength and to love the weak. As strong Christians we must strengthen the weak. We must become strong because the weak will always arrive to the church. There are many things that we can speak about, but as long as we are in the Body of Christ we must speak to edify (uplift). When we are together in Church we must uplift one another. We must learn and the more we learn the more we will be able to do. We must always put our eyes, our sight in loving and not in

other things. What will edify each other is what we need the most. We can have superior knowledge, but we cannot take advantage of it because we love, because love is stronger in us. With love we will teach and not take advantage. We must not take advantage, let us love, and then we will be able to teach the weak. We must love. We sometimes lack of love because we dedicate our time completely for us. Those who understand perfectly the nature of the Gospel of freedom become strong. It is necessary to understand that salvation comes by grace. Those who lack of knowledge are weak. Not all are strong or understand. What makes us refrain is when we love others, if we learn how to love. Paul wanted to teach the people to love. The more we love the more silent we will be. When we begin to contend we lose unity. We must understand that there are fragile, delicate people, but they are children of God also and it is necessary to help them and guide them with love. We do not have a tendency to tolerate, for this reason God has to shatter us and teach us how to love. We will guide the weak and teach them with hope that they are not rejected. Our struggle is for all to receive salvation. When an inconvenience arises it is because we must refuse ourselves. We must die to our personal dignity. Let us not be so fussy. The first thing in our lives is to love, all the rest is secondary. Our conversations should be about what God wants. We must stop pleasing ourselves with vainglory and do what is right. We should do things to please others. We have decided to edify each other by doing well. We edify spiritually by not consenting our cravings (fancies) and by loving and tolerating the weakness of others. Our cravings (fancies) don't proceed from true love. We must tolerate by loving in order to agree with one another. I Peter 2:5 As we edify others we also edify ourselves. We are all a house that is being built, each one is a brick being placed one on top of another, we edify each other, but if we stop uplifting others we will stop edifying ourselves. It is good for us to educate others. It is worth tolerating. It is Christ who sustains this building. No wickedness or envy can destroy the church. Jesus had so much patience with His disciples! Then, our teacher is Christ and for this reason we must learn from Him. Christ did not please Himself but those who surrounded Him. We are not here to please ourselves. When we are no longer trying to please ourselves we have to look at the weak and strengthen them. We should help aid others. We must be willing to do to others what the Father has done for our lives. We must be willing to give, to encourage, to help, and aid others. We must take out of our lives that hard shell, for this reason we cannot give and love. We must be in agreement. We must enter the process so that together, with one voice, we can glorify God and end all disputes, because this only will bring death. Let us glorify God for calling us to this covenant of salvation! The lack of patience is what makes us contend. There must be peace and love so that there will be harmony and worship. Amen.
