TOPIC: “I will be in Jehovah’s Secret place in Intimate Communion” Luke 2:25-32 Psalm 25:14 As God’s people we should know what God thinks, and what God wants. The secret of Jehovah is for those who fear Him. Let us know the thoughts of God so that nobody will take advantage of us and confuse us. Let us know the secrets of Jehovah. Everything we have has been given to us by Jehovah. Those who have communion with God do not get confused. It is so easy to move away from those secrets of God looking for worldly things and forgetting the intimate communion with Jehovah. Sometimes we become fatigued and little by little we distance ourselves from being intimately with God. We need to have intimacy with God and for this we have to make a greater sacrifice so we won’t lose that communion with God. Once we stop to pray we break up our intimate communion with Jehovah, and our lives will not improve. Careful, because anxiety comes and the eye of the human being is never pleased wrapping up men in all that is vanity. For that reason we have to be very careful with our spiritual life. The Bible says that those who possess, as if they don’t possess and those who buy, as if they don’t buy. 1 Corinthians 7: 30 The highest spiritual life is a path that the eye of the eagle doesn't know and the puppy of the lion cannot follow or be formed by wisdom or natural forces. The saints have the key to understand and to know what is in Heaven, only they can decipher the celestial enigmas. The only way to know the secrets of God is by having communion with Him. Once we no longer know what Heaven whispers of, we will then walk as we please. Let us love the secrets of God to know how to walk. There is a vital sense and mankind by nature cannot discern the things of the Spirit of God. 1 Corinthians 2:14 Walking with God is the best way to know His mentality and to be His friend. Friendship is not just anything. A friend of God knows His secrets. Friends walk together, they communicate their secrets, they know every movement, their gestures, etc. As the church we have to know God at the maximum and not by what we’ve heard, because if we are going to be with Him in the eternity we have to know everything. The secret of Jehovah is for those who fear Him. Noah was a friend of God, the world was coming to an end, and he had to build an ark for him and his family. The secrets were only for Noah, and on one else. By nature there is no belief in mortals, but rather in us the Holy Spirit works. Genesis 18:17 Those secrets were only for Abraham. We become friends of God because we wish to be fair and compassionate leaving the laziness. There is no place better than prayer with God. Let us not substitute prayer for any livable moment of our life. Prayer is the means by which God reveals us His secrets so we won’t be induced by our flesh or carried away by other people. We don't have to know everything but only what is necessary. To be a friend of God we have to be fair and compassionate, fearful, and seek God. To be fair is to distribute justice. Another quality is to be full with the Holy Spirit; for such a reason we have to abandon sin and not participate of it or else the Holy Spirit will become sad and leave. If we’re in the flesh we will always be giving suggestions of everything. God cannot have secrets with those who live in the flesh. We

can speak innumerable things, but if we are spiritual we understand the secrets of God well. Simeon lived in the secrets of God. He was waiting for the prophecy. He knew that he would have that Messiah in his arms. He was a fair man, compassionate, completely surrendered to the service of God. When will we decide to surrender completely to the service of God? We don't have time to lose. We can think that we have a lot of time, but Jehovah calls in the precise moment and begins to prepare us. There was one man who responded. Simeon totally complied with God’s law, he was devoted. We sometimes say that we are and we are not because we have not decided to devote ourselves and know the secrets of God. Two persons cannot be together if they don't agree. As the church we sometimes listen to gossip and we are not able to stop it. To be compassionate is to be separate, to be devoted to God with an honest behavior towards Him. Simeon was a man divinely protected, inspired, covered by the High Priest because he had secrets with God. This is the way we have to be, our life cannot be the same but supernatural. We should begin with God to know His secrets. Let us begin to be fair towards men and compassionate towards God. Simeon was divinely informed of what God wanted. He was guided completely by the Holy Spirit. By whom do we pretend to be guided, by our astuteness? It is time that we die to the flesh. It does much harm and will keep us behind. We sometimes don’t persist to hear the Father's secrets because we don't care about being compassionate, and to be full with the Holy Spirit because one lives for the flesh. Simeon knew that in that moment Jesus would arrive. That is the advantage of knowing the secrets. If he had not known the secrets of God, he would not have been there in that moment. The church is where there are men and women who make with their life an appropriate room of the Holy Spirit. Malachi 3:1 The Lord was going to arrive at the temple and Simeon was waiting for Him. The prophecy was fulfilled. Simeon knew it. Once we abandon the pity and we stop to be righteous we won't be in the moment of the blessing. It was the hour when Jesus arrived. Simeon had the light in his arms. He was delighted by watching, he felt his tender skin and looked at the Son of God. He was not just another child but the salvation of God. The prophecy was fulfilled in his arms. No temptation, problem or carnality kept him from being compassionate. May the Holy Spirit guide us when we need it most, it is the best thing. God dislikes the flesh. In the House of God we move God, we grow, we die to ourselves and have communion and acknowledge what we have never known. We use excuses when we do not detest evilness. We cannot be guided by the Holy Spirit if we don't love the Holy Spirit. Let us not gamble with the divine things, time vanishes and the opportunities also. Take advantage today. Amen.
