Let God be God

"Let God be God" - Deuteronomy 7:6-7 God has never stopped looking for someone who serves Him and loves Him strongly. Everything that God loves, He loves this way, since there "does not exist" a previous good that can deserve God's attention. There is a stipulation (cloister, condition, disposition, contract, covenant) that as they behaved with God, so God would behave with them. Many are the mercies of God, towards the earth.

I. God's scrutiny over our lives.

A. After all,

1. We must know that we are always in a scrutiny of God.

2. We live in examination and exact inquiry from God.

3. Diligent (diligently) is God with our lives, so that we may know, which is the hardest thing for one to comprehend.

4. What does God want for our lives? to heal everything that is weak, defective (lacking, imperfect) or sinful; this is in God's elect; God wants to deliver from the power of sin; protect them against temptation and give strength in Christ; to pursue greater determination in their effort for the love of God.

B. God's purpose for the elect (Matthew 24:23, 31).

1. Phony prophets arise and turn times into an atmosphere of crisis, reports circulate that the Messiah is somewhere secret.

2. These reports could be used to ensnare those who sincerely and lovingly await Christ.

3. The Lord warns all disciples not to believe reports of a "secret" and "local" advent.

4. Nor do those who perform miracles necessarily come from God: such miracles may be of satanic origin.

5. God wants us to be healthy and not weak.

6. (Luke 18:7) God seeks our depths; for this reason, He makes the scrutiny on each individually.

7. He wants to know if we are truly righteous, chosen, if we have responded to Him as He deserves.

8. We are not smug children in bad breeding, we are the chosen ones.

9. God does not want you to perish; For this reason, He examines and removes the necessary from our lives that is evil; For, after all, you finally come out well and not badly.

10. (Romans 8:33) Who will accuse God's elect?

11. For this reason, God goes to the depths of our lives and makes the scrutiny (examination, inquiry) to know about us, because of how little frank we are with God directly.

12. We think we can deceive Him as we do in the body of Christ, the Church.

13. We speak, we pretend, we shout, we praise, but what does it say about us what God examined?

14. We still have a court as a stage, but now a dramatic change has taken place.

15. The justified sinner stands before the stand and a call is given for any accuser to come forward.

16. There is none!

17. And how could it be?

18. If God has already justified His elect.

19. Gone through a thousand tests.

20. The Holy Spirit has rebuked us, reprimanded us, exhorted us, done the work to be able to overcome.

21. Who will accuse?

22. What we have already examined with tears, pain, shame, what God knows of our depths and has brought us the rebuke of the Spirit.

23. God is the one who justifies us: God sent the Lord Jesus to pay for all that. It is grace, for this reason, when God speaks to us, the Spirit rebukes us and there is no one to accuse us.

24. (2 Timothy 2:10) Because of the irresistible nature of the gospel, Paul was willing to endure it "all for the sake of the elect."

25. Here, "the elect" are designated to all those chosen by God for eternal salvation.

26. Those who are lost suffer such a fate by their own deliberate choice.

27. (1 Peter 1:2) Salvation involving the three Persons of the Trinity.

28. "First," they were chosen according to the foreknowledge (knowledge of future things) of God the Father.

29. This means that, in an eternity past, God chose them to belong to Him.

30. The doctrine of divine election is not always popular, but it has this virtue: let God be God.

31. There is no unfairness in His choice.

32. The second step in salvation is the "sanctification of the Spirit."

33. The third step in the salvation of the soul is the sinner's response to the work of the Holy Spirit.
