The Lord knows the way of all

"The Lord knows the way of all" - Psalm 1:6 The Lord is knowledgeable of the way of the righteous. He is constantly watching their way, and although the way may pass through fog and darkness, yet the Lord knows it. "Jehovah knows," that is, He gladly approves, renumerates (rewards) the conduct of the righteous for what He makes them happy (satisfied by enjoying all that he desires), and will prosper.

I. (Job 34:21) The eyes of God watch over the ways of man.

A. God is Omniscient and can discover the most secret.

1. Just as the strongest cannot resist Him, neither can the most subtle escape His sight; so (for this reason, therefore), if some are punished more or less than it seems to us that they should be punished, it is necessary that, instead of quarreling (brawling, treading) with God, we attribute the fact to some "secret motive that only God knows."

2. "Everything is open before His eyes."

3. And there is no place so remote or so dark where the eyes of God cannot penetrate.

4. (Psalm 119:168) I keep your commandments and your testimonies.

5. All my paths are before You.

6. The fact that God sees the secrets of our hearts is a terrible point for the wicked, but a cause for joy for the godly.

7. The wicked lament that his heart is thus opened; it is a crucible (mold, vessel) of evil, a furnace, and a forge for evil. (Shaping a metal with hammer blows)

8. He (the wicked) dislikes that other men should hear and see his words and actions; but what terror that his Judge, whom he hates, sees his thought!

9. If they could deny it, they would.

10. But all those who are convinced and forced to recognize that God exists, are also agitated by this idea: that He is Omniscient (knows everything).

11. There are others who proceed in a simpler way, and deny the Deity in their heart, and thereby destroy this state of consciousness that God sees everything.

12. But it is in vain; The more they harden their heart by this ungodly thought, the greater is their fear; while they drown their conscience so that it does not harass them, this warns them in advance of the terrible vengeance and ends up convincing them of the Omniscience of God, all the more it tries to suppress it (remove, eliminate).

13. (Psalm 139:3) Do not imagine that your behavior, posture, dress, or bearing are not under God's providence.

14. You deceive yourself.

15. Don't think your thoughts pass without inspection.

16. The Lord perceives your thoughts from afar.

17. Don't think your words will dissipate into thin air before God can hear them. Oh, no!

18. He knows them even before they come out of your mouth.

19. Do not think that your ways are private and hidden so that no one can know and censor them.

20. Wrong.

21. God knows all your ways.

22. (Psalm 142:3) When my spirit faints within me, you know my path.

23. It is truly good to know that God knows what we know.

24. We are puzzled (not knowing what to do or say, but God never closes His eyes; our judgments drift, but those of the eternal mind are always clears. C.H.S.

25. The Lord does not withdraw at a great distance from us, but His eyes are upon you.

26. He sees you, and not with the indifference of a mere spectator, but watches you attentively.

27. He knows, He considers your way; yes, He points it out, and every circumstance about it is under His direction.

28. Your tribulation began at the hour He saw fit; it could not come before; and He has marked the degree of it to the thickness of a hair, its duration to the minute.

29. He knows, moreover, in what way your spirit is affected; and the provisions of grace and strength which He deems necessary are provided to you in due time.

30. So even when things seem darker, you can say, "Though discipline, it doesn't kill."

31. Therefore, I hope in God because you still have to praise Him.

32. On the way I'm going; They have given me a noose.

33. They watch the man of grace and tend the noose where he passes, but they do it with stealth (care), avoiding his observer.

34. This is a great test, but the Lord is greater than them and makes us walk safely in the midst of danger because He knows us and our enemies, "our way and the noose in the laying.

35. Ties to the right and ties to the left.

36. Walk between ties; don't stray from the path; do not fall into the lasso of flattery (affected praise, to gain the will), nor stray from the path because of alarm. Amen.
