Dying in Faith

Theme: "Dying in Faith" Hebrews 11:11-16 Knowing faith in the family makes the realities that are expected become as real to us as if we already possessed them; and provides compelling and unalterable proof that the invisible spiritual blessings of us believers "are totally true and real." And it makes the invisible visible. Thus ours know God as their God as well. It is the conviction in the reliability of God. What God says is true. Every time you grow in the Lord in faith, you see miracles, that makes you see more and more of God every day, more and more, because you understand what faith is.

I. For Sarah, seeing miracles was familiar to her. To. From Abraham's call to the promised land to the arrival of his son.

1. Every day with Abraham by her side saw him develop faith in the great way, which he led to raise up his people and where Jesus was to be born.

2. Sarah received strength to conceive and gave birth outside the time of the age of 90.

3. Sarah knew faith all the way Abraham lived in faith.

8. If you leave the miracle for the "circumstance" you and your offspring will be defeated.

9. Even if the forces of the great waves come, God is the Creator and Greater than everything.

10. Don't forget: God is faithful.

11. You must know the word faithful.

12. (12) Abraham was about ninety-nine years old when Isaac was born.

13. God promised him, and He would.

35. If Abraham had wished to return to Ur of the Chaldeans, he could have done so, but that land was no longer his homeland.

36. (16) Their real explanation is that they were looking for a "heavenly" homeland.

37. What homeland do you want?

38. They had promises of material blessings from this earth.

39. But they also had a heavenly hope, and this hope enabled them to treat this world as a "strange country," just like our lives.

40. This spirit of pilgrimage is especially pleasing to God.

41. "He has prepared for them a city," and in it they find rest, satisfaction, and perfect peace.

42. He is not ashamed to be called the God of those whose heart and portion are in heaven. Amen.
